Salted Caramel Cake

​Homemade salted caramel sandwiched between layers of fluffy sponge and caramel-flavoured icing. Great base for customisation.

Ingredients and Allergy Advice

INGREDIENTS: Powdered sugar, butter (milk), fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), raising agents: calcium phosphates, sodium carbonates), sugar, vegetable fat (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, linseed oil, water, coconut fat, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), faba bean preparation, salt, natural flavourings, colour (beta carotene)), double cream (milk), eggs, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates, rice flour), milk, vanilla extract, salt.
